Haeundae CC operates a dedicated night golf booking system in addition to standard tee time reservations. Book through the “Night Reservation” section on the official website. A dedicated night golf community board is also available for member discussions and updates.

Priority Booking System
Members who have had no weekend or public-holiday reservations and no rounds played in the past 8 weeks are eligible for priority booking. Applications accepted by fax from 09:00 to 11:00 the preceding Monday. Note: weekend bookings for the relevant week are restricted once a priority booking is submitted.

Emergency Booking (2× per year): Weekday — fax application from 09:00 to 11:00, 11 days prior. Weekend — fax application from 09:00 to 11:00 the preceding Tuesday.
Member Anniversary Privilege: When a VIP member plays alongside guests, all companions are charged at member rates. Register your preferred anniversary date by fax or in person in advance. Weekday — submit at least 11 days prior. Weekend — submit at least 14 days prior.
Haeundae CC enforces its penalty policy strictly. All cancellations and changes must be processed online within the stated deadline. Penalty fees are charged alongside a reservation suspension where applicable.
