Pattana Golf Club & Resort is a self-contained, 400-acre championship golf resort located in Sriracha, Chonburi Province — perfectly situated between Bangkok and Pattaya. The resort was lovingly named after Dr. Pattana Juangroongruangkit, founder of the Thai Summit Group and an avid golfer who dreamed of building his own course. Following his passing, his wife Dr. Somporn fulfilled that dream by opening the resort in 2004, and today it flourishes under the management of their daughter Rujirapun.
Spanning 27 championship holes across three distinct 9-hole courses — Andreas (A), Brookei (B), and Calypso (C) — the resort integrates a grand clubhouse, sports stadium, 50-metre swimming pool, conference centre, heliport, and four types of accommodation, all within one lush tropical destination. Two rare Par-6 holes (A-Course 5th at 663 yards and B-Course 9th at 626 yards) place Pattana among the most unique layouts in Southeast Asia.

The full 27-hole layout stretches to 10,806 yards (Par 108), divided equally across three 9-hole courses. Each course carries its own personality, challenge profile, and scenic character. The afternoon trade winds rolling in from the Gulf of Thailand add an extra layer of difficulty — especially on exposed holes — making Pattana one of the most demanding Pattaya-area courses in breezy conditions.
The A-Course is home to Pattana’s most iconic hole: the Par-6, 663-yard 5th — one of the longest holes in Thailand. Big hitters can reach the green in three, but strategic placement past the fairway trees (approximately 150 yards out) is critical. The open, hazard-light fairways beyond the tree line reward accuracy over brute force. Elevated greens, deep bunkers, and panoramic views of the surrounding hills make this course a true showpiece for the resort. Wind management is essential, particularly on exposed hilltop holes where afternoon gusts off the Gulf can add 1–2 club lengths of carry.
The B-Course presents Pattana’s second Par-6 hole — the 626-yard 9th — making these twin par-6s one of the resort’s defining features. The C-Course provides the most dramatic green undulations on the property, culminating in a spectacular 9th hole with pin positions perched on the crest of hills — making it one of the trickiest putting challenges in Chonburi. The Calypso Course is widely regarded as the most scenic of the three, with tree-lined fairway paths and mountain backdrops at every turn. Pattana’s fast Tifdwarf greens reward players who approach from below the pin. On both Par-6 holes, lay up to your favourite yardage rather than forcing a long carry.
